Madan, 7323 is quite a good rank in Jee Main. If the trend is followed of the opening and closing ranks of NITs, then you can see that the opening rank varies between 266 to 300. And the closing rank goes to 211345.The opening rank is the rank of the candidate who is allocated the first seat in the respective program. The closing rank is the rank that is allocated to the last seat. This is the scenario of the top 10 NITs. Hence, with a rank of 7323 there is a good chance of getting into one of the NITs. 

Please note that getting into a particular NIT is dependant on other factors like whether your in General Category or SC/ST/OBC. Every institutes have different quota (seats) for each of the category. For example, the opening rank of a particular NIT for general category may be 266, while for category SC/ST the opening rank of the same NIT may be 400.

Some nits are nit srinagar almost all branch except computer science.
Nit surat 5 year integrated courses.
Nit roulkela 5 year integrated courses
Nit raipur biomedical, biotechnology branch
Nit sikkim,  nit aizwal , nit imphal , nit shillong all these nits you can get any branch.
