Your board percentage is pretty good .

If you want to take admission for graduation (like ba BSC or BCom ) then you should apply for Allahabad University , Banaras Hindu University etc . These are the good government University in India .

There is an also chance in Delhi University .

Or if you have interested in IIT ,nit then you should apply Jee main and advance .

If you have biotechnology in 12 th and interest in Medical then you should try for Neet .

Sorry to disappoint you but this depends on which course do you want to take up. You should first state the course you want to pursue. Along with, if you want to seek admission in Engineering Colleges, it will require you to appear in entrance exams. I don't think any government college grants admission without it's respective entrance exam. For  IIT's , NIT's and IIIT's you will ne required to appear in JEE Mains and Advance and similarly every state conducts their own entrance examination for the government colleges present in their state.
