With your rank of around 2.2 L CRL. It is highly unlikely for you to get IIEST. IIEST is one of the best and oldest institutes of its kind and is highly prestigious. Its closing rank is below 30k for general and thus you will definitely be not getting IIEST even with the EWS quota.

Coming to IIITs and GFTIs. The in-demand branches like CS and ECE are offered in IIITs and thus it also closes very quickly. Still you might get some northeastern GFTIs in a lower branch which close in on 2-3Lacs for general too. You should look for other state government colleges as well as good private colleges too.
