Congrats on your percentage. I'm sorry to say to but 89% is inadequate to get a college in North Campus. Even in South Campus colleges like Aryabhatta college has a cutoff of 93%. If you come in the reserved classes, you'd still have a chance but your percentage isn't close to the required percentage of North Campus colleges. If you want an estimate of the cutoff of North Campus colleges, Hansraj college had it's last cutoff at 96%.

There are many colleges of the University of delhi which offer Bachelor's in sciences in mathematics Honours in the north campus aswell as the south campus . With 89 percentage in class 12th boards examinations you are very much an average student and this much percentage is not enough to get a college in the Delhi university for pursuing mathematics Honours if you belong to the unreserved or the general category. It might be possible for you to get a college of the Delhi university if you belong to obc/SC/st category.The cutoffs for this course is very high every year.
