As you have not mentioned your category, So I'm assuming that you are talking about general category. Now according to Jee main 2020 cut off percentile,you are on the edge of the qualifying cut off which is also 90.37 percentile.

Based on previous years cut offs,you have no or very low chances of getting Nits/IIIts. However you should wait till special rounds of councelling as you might get your Home state Nit with lower branch.

Hello, you have not mentioned your category and rank. So it is difficult to predict a exact rank. I am assuming you to be in general category. And at this percentile chances of any NIT are very less. As you can see from some last year cutoffs at this percentile till the Csab counseling all branches of all Nit gets filled up. But chances of some Gfti are there like Gurukul Kangri, Assam University, Also you may get some New IIIT like Agartala,Manipur but this also looks very diffult. But you should apply for Jossa counseling till the and and cutoff changes every year
