As you have not mentioned your category, So I'm assuming that you are talking about general category. Now according to Jee main 2020 cut off percentile,you are on the edge of the qualifying cut off which is also 90.37 percentile.
Based on previous years cut offs,you have no or very low chances of getting Nits/IIIts. However you should wait till special rounds of councelling as you might get your Home state Nit with lower branch.
