I got 80 percentile in jan jee mains and belong to ST category can i get admission in any NIT or CFTI or IIIT please help

Based on your percentile score your rank will be in between 2.1 lakh to 2.2 lakh. Since you have caste reservation these are the best colleges you can get in terms of branch,placements-
You can definitely get a seat in some of lower NIT's but I cannot assure you about the branch.
