It will be slightly difficult for you to get admission in university of delhi colleges in B.sc (honours) CS under 90% and considering you are from general category, atleast in the first 3-4 cut off lists. As you know the cut offs are so high.

You can keep checking the cut offs and pay attention to all colleges especially off campus colleges after 3rd or 4th cut off.
