Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination, if you're from Genral category you should aim to secure more than 97  percentiles to get admission in NIT's and IIITS as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is admission is directly based on merit rank.

You can also calculate and get your rank by using this - 100 - (your total percentile) 869010 /100
In your case your rank must be around 78,210.

Hey there

For admissions in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs you need to have 75% in your boards or in top 20 percentile. The score of jee mains is not considered in eligibility criteria as there are various types of reservations and thus percentile needed for admissions into these colleges vary a lot. So if you fulfill rest criteria then with 91.28 percentile you are eligible for admissions into these colleges aim for atleast 97.5+ percentile.
