Admission  for  Thapur Institute of Engineering and Technology are based on jee mains rank and PCM 10+2 result.These are separated into two modes.
In mode 1 - 70% of seats are given to those who got merit rank in JEE Mains
In mode 2 - 30% of seats are give those who got merit score in 10+2 PCM

Chances of getting into CSE are based on vacancies and number of students applying. You may apply.

Hey there, Congratulations on scoring 91.3 percentile in JEE MAINS and 95.3% in Boards. Yes, With these marks you can get a seat in CSE Branch in Thapar University very easily. You will be getting difficulty while getting admission through Mode-1 but you can take easily from Mode-2 as for that you require a minimum of 75% in Boards. You will get admission easily there with your board marks. You can fill the form very soon and fill Mode 2 there and you will be able to get good CSE branch. Computer Science and Engineering branch is launched this year only at Thapar University and there are 180 seats and if you want to take a seat in the old branch then it is computer engineering. Computer Engineering is from very past but computer science launched this year only.
