Seat allotment is based on your rank. You have mentioned your percentile but not rank, it is difficult to answer without knowing the rank. In 2019 round 7 a candidate with SC category rank 598 secured seat in B.Arch in NIT, Patna under other state category. So if your category rank is above 598 then it is difficult to get seat but if your category rank is below 598 then you may have chances of getting seat in further rounds. But this is based on previous cut off. In 2020 the cut off changes depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
