I know a junior of mine, who got ECE in SASTRA wil 92% and JEE Mains Score of 80. But he had some Thanjavur Quota, I guess. But your score looks really good, but I doubt whether you will get CSE. Depends on where you are from. If you are from TN, There are really bright chances of getting CSE, because 50% seats are reserved for TN Students. Otherwise, You will have to score more than this.

All this apart, Knowledge is more important than the marks you get. Make sure you learn the concepts properly and marks will follow. Follow this even in college. Students tend to relax in their first year, and they end up playing catch up with their academics until the end of their B.Tech.

Sastra University is one of the top colleges in south for Engineering. Admission process takes place in two ways:

stream one through which 70% of seats are filled for B.Tech. They consider 75% of JEE Main score and 25% of 12th marks with which a normalised score is obtained for admission.

stream two through which remaining 30% of seats are filled for B.Tech. they consider only 12th marks obtained. 

Your JEE main is not that good enoughto get through Sastra, you can consider applying through stream 2.

According to your percentile in JEE Mains, it is not very likely that you will secure admission into Sastra University for Computer Science Engineering. But you may try other branches or other colleges.
