Sastra University has two separate procedures to follow to take a student .

One :

70 percent of seats of every branch are filled based on 12th percentage (75percent) +JEE mains (25percent).

Two:

30 percent of seats of every branch are based on 12th percentage. And yes this would be rare chance for students who obtain less then 95 percentage.

NOTE:

You need to have 100+Jee score and 95+% in 12th as minimum to get into Sastra .

Based on the calculation yes you are eligible to get into this deemed college.

Congrats for your percentile and CGPA.You have a high chance to get a seat at SASTRA University.In SASTRA the admission is based on both JEE main percentile and 12th board marks.Since you have an excellent CGPA and percentile you may very well apply for it.The SASTRA rank is calculated based on a particular formula((JEE Main percentile *0.25)+(12th aggregate mark*0.75)) and based on it you will be called for counselling based on the order of your merit.For you your CGPA will be considered instead of percentage.The application form can be filled either through online/offline mode.
