As you have secured 96.83389 percentile and are aiming SPA Delhi and SPA Vijayawada.To be true it would be very tough for you to get into these colleges as the usual cutoff trends show a 99-99.2+ cutoff which seems a bit high.So covering up of this amount of difference may be a bit too tough.But still you have a very good score and if you are still aiming to get into engineering stream you have some very good options alongwith similar good options in  any other good private architecture college.So do not lose hope and all my best wishes to you.Hope you get admitted in the best college.
