In order to understand the possiblity to get a seat in above colleges. Let us check the closing rank of admission in the branch of ei and aerospace

RV EIE- 3764

MSRIT EIE- 5817

BMSCE EIE- No data.

The above three college's closing rank for aerospace is not available on the official website. But the trend shows that all seats of the above three college's are filled in top 10k rank.
So I am sorry to say this but your chances are very low.

Nah I checked 2018 data, so EIE for BMSCE is 12k and Aerospace in BMSCE is 10k and coming to EIE for MSRIT it's 11.4 k But these are all based on round 2 of comedk 2018
