Dear

If you are focused to do MBA after B.tech then this programme is a right choice but this programme course structure is very wide and every semester you have to face extra subjects if you compare to only B.tech.
This programme require more attention and commitment .
According to me you should go for only B.tech from Thapar and MBA from other top B school through that your door will be open for all other area too
