Yes you can get ece in heritage in second round as last year cut off for general in electronics & communication was 7150 rank.you should try ,you will got it.

Chances are less for ECE according to last year counselling bt u can get the core streams. So, will till to 3rd counselling.. Applied electronics is not a good subject, so wait till for next. All the best!
