You receive a notification only if the uploaded image doesn't comply with NBE's guidelines and it is impirtant to change for the application to be approved and to get an admit card. Now that you didn't edit the Signature image, the incorrect image would be retained in the system and the application will be cancelled and so ypu will not get an admit card. And without an admit card, you cannot appear for NEET PG.

Vibha, I have also not edited thumb impression, please email this to Nbe. They might open correction window if there are many candidates. Possibility is less but lets try. I am also very sad about this.
