Hello Biky,
Sorry to inform you but you cannot get a seat in any of the streams in IITs kharagpur beacuse the last cutoff rank for a branch is 1770 sc category.
So you cannot get any seat in IIT kharagpur.
Maybe you can get a seat in other IITs but IITs kharagpur is not possible.
You should select IIT GANDHINAGAR.
