i got iit palakkad in 2020 but i withdrawal the seat to get better college, In withdrawal application unfortunately, i choose 'no' for attempting for jee 2021 , can i write jee 2021 please tell me

Greetings,

There is no such restriction on you even if you fill a withdrawal form and claim to not reappear for the exam next year as such a rule would be outright preposterous and arbitrary. As long as you fulfil the rest of the eligibility criteria for JEE mains 2021, you are good to go.
