It is not possible to get into medical college  with this score in neet, even with management quota.

With obc category also, it do not make much difference in cutoffs and, the possibility of fetching seat under management quota are nil, as this year the cutoff will go very high and competition will be tough ti get into medical college both for Government as well as private MBBS SEATS.

Well Sanjai ,you can get seat in some middle grade Universities through management but  the thing is you have to pay huge ammout it may go beyond 1cr.

Why can't you take entrance exam of some best privite University like bits .If your so passionate about doing MBBS you can drop a year , prepare well and you can apper for neet again
