Ism dhanbad - environmental engineering, mining machinery
Iit guwahati - biotechnology
Iit indore - metallurgical engineering
Iit jammu - civil engineering , electrical engineering

Go for CS/ IT. They are the evergreen branches and you would enjoy learning it. For better placements and industry orientation these branches are among the top and exist at the apex.
