Dear Aspirant,

There is a common saying that " CHOOSE BRANCH OVER COLLEGE". If you have got the branch of your interest than it is quite a good thing, however, if the college is very bad then I suggest you should not join it and continue the further rounds of counseling. But if the college is decent then I suggest you should join here with the branch of your interest rather joining somewhere with a different branch.

Moreover, OBC seats do go into AIR counseling if the seats are left in some colleges in order to fill them.
