Be specific about exam. There is lot of exams for engineering like Jee main and Advanced after 12.

There is no any exam for 10 to get admission, only if any school condition itself.

Yes you can give exam of competitive like SSC MTS; there are many jobs in railway which recruits on the basis of 10th.

No after passing 10 th you can't appear for any engineering entrance exam.But you can go for diploma engineering.

You can only appear for some entrance exams for admission in class 11th or entrance exams for diploma course if you want.You can not appear for exams like jee mains because you have to be either in class 12th or passed class 12th board exams This the basic eligibility criteria to appear for any engineering entrance exam.

No, in order to appear for the exam you must have already, or in the last year of HSC or any other equivalent examination.

Also dont go for diploma if you plan on becoming an engineer. Thats not a sound step. Study 10+2 and then attempt the engineering entrance exams. All the best!

How can you give the exams if the syllabus is pertaining to class 11 & 12? Please dont get such ideas as it will not bear any fruit. It is also not advisable. The syllabus in class 11 & 12 will be very different from what you learnt in class 10. Pls start studying for class 11 and prepare alongside for the entrance exams if you are serious about engineering. You can start with mock tests while studying class 11 but that also will be for a part of the syllabus.

No you cannot give exams for btech admissions at least.

But you can start your diploma course and then give exam for direct entry in second year of college.

For taking admission in B.tech course,you must have passed class 12th exam.

However you can go for diploma course.

First of all, if you wish to enter into a degree course in engineering, almost all of the exam have it in their rules and regulations to allow only those students who have appeared for the Class 12th examinations. However, you may apply for a diploma course.

The choice which you can go for is Diploma Engineering. A diploma course in engineering involves classes on fundamental engineering concepts. It is a professional course, planned in such a way that students may still take up jobs in the field of engineering once they earn their diplomas. Some students are not able to get admission for Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) programmes, which is why they enroll themselves in a Diploma of Engineering course, because it can allow them to transfer into the second year of the B.Tech. or B.E. course. This approach is also referred to as the 'backdoor to engineering degree' approach. Diploma courses can be of a yearly or semester pattern.
