Unfortunately it is not possible to get an admission for lateral entry students in VIT university.VIT university does't offer any admission for lateral entry students.But there are some more colleges which can provide admissions for lateral entry students.Few of the top colleges/universities(which meet VIT standards) which provide seats for lateral entry students are given below,

1.Delhi Technological university

2.Manipal institute of technology

3.Netaji Subhash engineering college

4.SRM University

sorry, brother but VIT unversity do not provide lateral entries in B.Tech

sorry to tell you that the vit is not providing lateral entry. There are plenty of colleges which offer lateral entry in India But not possible in VIT , I don’t remember when there was lateral entry last time in Vit ..! Very similar to Vit one college SRM do offer lateral entry so you can try ur luck der..! You need to apply because they also offer very less seats and SRM is also follow the same pattern for study’s so you keep one good options der

i regret that VIT does not offer B.tech lateral entry. you must be 10+2 to apply for btech first year in VIT. the last date for application submission is 18 march 2018
