Sorry to say, but there is no such reservation under the sports quota category in NEET. You have to score and according to your All India Rank you get the medical/dental seats allotted. The NEET examination has reservation on the basis of category and physical disability as OBC/SC/ST and Pwd candidates and NRI quota.

You may apply for NEET under the sports quota, of course. Candidates must be in possession of a district- or national-level certificate in a sport to be eligible. You must submit your sports certificate after passing the exam while attending counselling. You will be granted admission to any college under the sports quota based on the availability of seats in colleges. I hope that was helpful.
