Well to get CSE you dont necessarily need a good rank. It works like this mosly, for a rank of 10,000 below a student has pay a fee of 2,50,000 and if a rank is above that you pay 3,50,000. So when you go for counselling ask for the fee you have pay under managament quota, and you will know the procedure to get cse.

See the rank u are asking for will provide u a seat in the ECE or EEE branch but not the CSE for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. If u want to take CSE then u should be going for management quota as it is a private Institution and seats are filled until they are full no matter what rank they bounch up to.
