Hello candidate,

As you mentioned that you have signed the seat leaving bond so it is certain that you are not eligible to get admission in further counselling rounds through the general process as you have already applied to leave it.

Now coming on to the mop up rounds, it provides admission to the remaining vacant number of seats in different colleges on the basis of applying candidates for which you can register yourself in order to participate in these Rounds.
