I am from haryana SC Deprieved category and i scored 386 marks in neet ug Haryana mbbs first round SC Deprieved cutoff is 408 marks , then i have any chance of govt. mbbs seat in 2nd round or mopup round

Sorry to hear that you didn't get the government college in your first round of counselling, hopefully you will get a government college in the second round and if for some reasons you didn't get then my advice to you is to go till mopup round where you can get the college.
