You can't use current year marks or rank to get an admission in coming year as it will be unfair to other candidates as your paper features may be different with theirs like it might be a easy paper when you gave and in the coming year if paper gets hard then that will change the evaluation process differently. It will be even unfair to you. So the board don't entertain these kind of forwarding previous year results for next year to get an admission.

If you want to get an admission in year 2020 then you have to appear the exam in year 2020 as you gave this year. You have to do each and every step and follow the process as a normal candidates does in 1st attempt. like you can take you are giving it as a fresh.
