Hi Azeem,
IIT KGP doesn't have lateral entry program, so don't have chances to go IIT KGP.

You'll get a lot of difficulties if you don't have good academics to get admission there.

Hi,
Sorry but as you are a diploma holder you cannot get direct admission unless you appear for any entrance exam like LEET or JEE .
