Greetings!

I am extremely sorry to tell you but you are not eligible for JNU as to be eligible for admissions in M.A Sociology, candidates should have completed their Bachelor's Degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 academic pattern securing at least 45 percent marks in aggregate of all subjects but you have aggregate of only 42 % in your graduation so you are not eligible.
