Dear student,

As you have passed your 10th and class 12th examinations from Uttar Pradesh then you will be applicable for UP home state quota.
Now you cannot apply your Delhi domicile certificate for getting benefits of home state quota of Delhi State, because if you have passed for class 10th and class 12th examination from Delhi State then you will be eligible to apply your home state quota from Delhi. Now as your completed both your class 10th and class 12th from Uttar Pradesh and there is no chance that you would be benefited from Delhi domicile.
So you are not applicable for Delhi home state quota, instead of that, you are applicable for Uttar Pradesh home state quota.
