The Government order states that Gmvss syllabus is has been approved equivalent to uttarakhand school education council,Ram nagar, Nainital.

Uttarakhand state government has approved Gmvss to conduct exams and issue certificates and the information has been transmitted to all state government education boards.

Du SOL eligibility criteria for UG courses:-

• BA/ B.com programmes-40% or more in qualifying exam for general. 36%for obc,38%for pwd,10+2pass mark for sc/st.
• BA(hons) political science-50% in qualified exam with one language+3subjects for general, for obc 45%,, for sc/st 10+2 pass .

SOL delhi university allows the students who has the 10+2 eligibility criteria according to there desired course. Gmvss is aslo equivalent to uttarakhand education council,so it is also valid for admission in any university in any state , all over the india.
