Hello Aspirant!

There is no need for providing a gap certificate while taking admission in a college.

If you face an interview before taking admission, the panel might want to know your reason for taking a gap. But there is no manadatory rule that you ought to be providing a gap certificate to the college you are seeking admission to.

Hello aspirant,

Hope you're doing well!

Along with all the documentation you're submitting in your college when taking admission, you need to have an affidavit which is basically a proof that you didn't take admission in any other college for the past 2 years.

You also need to write the reason for the same, which can be anything:personal reasons, education etc:.

Some of the coachings also provide you with the gap certificate if you ask them ( only for those who were enrolled in coachings)
