Hey Kiran,MS RAMAIAH last year cutoff for SC category was closed on 19500 for BE CE and 7170 for CSE.So as per your rank it seems a bit difficult but definitely you can wait till the final merit lists,the scenario may change.So all the very best! I hope you get your dream college.!
