It totally depends upon your interest area .if your have interest in computer or programing choose computer science in your deploma or if planing for career in research side go for b.sc .

With your mark in 10+2 you can also take admission in ug courses .And if ur interest area is computer the getting b.tech is not possible with pcb stream but you can go with multiple alternative like BCA+MCA ,b.sc IT ,or also can go for diploma in computer science .
