With 70% in mains you would have a 2 lakh+ rank. Even having a Delhi domicile you won't be able to get admission in DTU as DTU is one if the best engineering college in Delhi hence it's cutoffs are not very high than NITs, even for a student of Delhi region it needs a rank below 20k to get the top branches in DTU and for the branches like bio-engineering amd environmental engineering you need to have a rank below 35k. So there's no chance for your this time, better luck next time.
