No, without even cross checking the past year analysis, I can easily say you cannot make into the prestigious IISc.
The reason is, there are around 70 seats only in IISc banglore for BSc. program that admits it's student from JEE mains and JEE advanced scorecard. While rest of the students are amke into the list via KVPY Level 2 merit holders.
I would recommend you to apply for BSc. IIT BHU and in IIT Patna. Generally, these colleges have more seats and lower cut off for their curriculum.
Though, it is good to see that you are more interested in science and research
