The second round of counselling has just ended and the cutoff for third round to get Computer Science and Engineering Course(COSE) in Thapar University for General (outside punjab) is 94.54% and for general(punjab students) is 85.72% in Jee mains 2019. So if you are from punjab then yes you are surely going to get the COSE branch seat.
