I have got 94 marks in comedk. Is there any chance of getting cs in tv college of engineering ?

As per your score your rankibgs shall be in 2272 to 2461 range.

Henece you have decent chances with all colleges under COMEDK.

You can definitely get RVCOE Bangalore at this score for Biotechnology and Chemical engineering.
For CSE, cutoff rnak is within 550 and hence low chances.
