Counselling process of WBJEEB is always done on the basis of GMR. TWF rank is allocated to those who have very lower income and is only entitled to exempt them from payin fee. There are certain seats in the college wherein they get admission by paying very fewer amount of fee.

Now Your GMR is 1598. Based on this rank you would only be getting Construction engineering in Jadavpur University unless/until you belong to some reserved category.
