It's unlikely that you would get any seat in any of the iiits as per the last year cutoffs. The CRL rank is considered for the csab rounds and not the category rank. Also unfortunately iiit do not have ant reservations for home state candidates. You can check the last year cutoffs through this link

You can have a chance in iiit manipur,Assam University and a few other colleges other than iiit.
