Now since you have got OBC- B rank in wbjee 2019 , then if we have a look at 2018 cutoff then you can't get CSE in Jadavpur University , on the contrary, if we look at 2017 cutoff then in round 3 you could have got CSE in Jadavpur. So, all i will say is keep your fingers crossed, you have chance of getting CSE. Now apart from cse you can get any other branch in Jadavpur, if you wait till round 3.
