Joining an army college you need to complete your 10th standard and aiming for 2nd PUC, which is equivalent of 12th grade.

You can pursue this paths  :

1. Sainik school :

Admission is through an entrance exam, followed by a medical examination and an interview. They prepare students for entry into National Defence Academy (NDA).

2. Rashtriya Military School (RMS) :

Aims to prepare for NDA and other officer level entry into the armed forces.

3. Rashtriya Indian Military college (RIMC) :

Focuses intensely on preparing for leadership roles in defence services.

4. National Defence Academy (NDA) :

NDA exam conducted by the Union Public service commission (UPSC). It is the joint services academy of the Indian armed forces.
