No, Delhi Technological University only accepts admissions through JAC counseling. You can not get direct admissions. If you have not filled the form, then you will have to wait for next year. However, you should consider contacting the authorities through E-Mail. Write an application stating the reason why you could not apply and maybe they will hear it.
