Greetings.
If you've passed class 12th examination in 2017, you are eligible for JEE main examination as JEE main allows a candidate to appear 3 times in total. But, you will be eligible to take admission in IISc only if you meet the eligibility criteria. You need to have 75% marks in class 12th board examinations and you have to score past the JEE main cutoff of that college. The JEE main cutoff is around 250-300 marks.

If you hav epassed 12th grade in 2018 year from recognised University and have secured minimum 60%aggregate marks in qualifying exam like KVPY /Jeemain/ Jee Advanced ,

Only then you can be eligible. 

If you passed in 2017 year then you cannot be eligible.

Yes, IISc Banglore offers admission to the Third attempt in JEE Mains, As you can not appear in JEE Advance so the only way is to score very high and take admission into IISc.

IISc is popular among students and competition is very tough even it is harder to get into IISc , Even 250 marks students are not able to grab a seat into IISc. If you are planning to get into IISc then target for something like 300 because below that it is very difficult if you belong to general category.

For other categories, it is like that OBC more than 250, SC more than 230 and ST more than 120.
