All seats in IIITs are allotted under All India Catgeory only. You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you have chances of getting seat in Information Technology in IIIT, Lucknow, the cut off was 16261 for general category but it is slightly difficult to get seat in Computer Science Engineering in IIIT, Lucknow the cut off was 14268 for general category. All the cut off rank are in 2019 round 7. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
