Hi Pankaj,

Yes you have a good rank in UPSEE. You can get Civil Engineering in many top private colleges in UP like -

1. ABES Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad.

2. ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad.

3. IMS College, Ghaziabad.

4. KIET College, Ghaziabad.
