Yes you will get a seat in Anna University. As for Bachelor's degree 50%marks(45% for SC/ST) is the required eligibility criteria.

Anna university is under the state government college which takes candidates for admission through an entrance exam which is Tamil Nadu entrance exam (TNEA). The merit list will be made on the basis of marks scored in TNEA. Then further the course selection, locking, fee payment processing will be done on this merit.
