Hello Chinu,

Congrats on getting such a good rank , i.e 46612 and an SC rank of 3904 in WBJEE 2019.

As per your rank and the previous year cutoffs and trends.

Unfortunately you have very minor chances of getting a seat in government colleges and especially the Computer Science and Information Technology branch.

But with your rank you can get into some very good private colleges , here are some for you :

But the cut off rank for CS in the year 2018 at the Kalyani Government Engineering College was between 1.5k to 7.2k in SC. So don't I hold a chance ?

There is a really slim chance because most students opt for CS and also the government colleges . so they may get completely filled up by others holding ranks higher than you. But still you may get a seat in CS in some private college.
